Overview of Position:
Our client is located in the vibrant Palma de Mallorca, at the heart of the Western Mediterranean yachting scene. Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Yacht Broker to join their dynamic team. As part of the team you will work closely with an international team of brokers and benefit from excellent marketing and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively sell brokerage yachts ranging from 50 to 110 feet.
  • Collaborate with team of brokers in the UK, Sweden, and the East Coast of the USA to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize the tools and support provided to enhance your sales efforts and increase market share.
  • Work closely the Managing Yacht Broker to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English; Spanish/German language skills are advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a yacht broker.
  • Residing in Mallorca or the EU is preferred.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with international sales offices and contribute to the overall success of the business.
