We have a fantastic opportunity, for a permanent position, within a leading marine organisation.
You'll be assisting in events working alongside the Head of Training.
This is an opportunity that would suit an individual from a Training or Events experience but also and individual from a PA or office management background.

The position requires impeccable attention to detail, strong administration skills and a desire to get involved.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience of training course development, event management and administration (or similar experience).
• Experience of running small to medium size events.
• Good IT skills.
• Experience of office administration.
• Good communications skills and customer service skills.

KEY INFO:
• The role will be 9 to 5, with the potential for such other hours as may be required to fulfil the duties of the role based at the company headquarters in Southampton, UK.
• Salary will be dependent on experience.
• Opportunity for flexible working arrangements after completion of probationary period.
