Exterior Outfit Draughtsperson
A leading South West based boat yard is expanding their technical team due to continued growth and a very busy order book! Working on both sailing and motor yachts (30 - 70m+), the successful candidate will be a valuable member of the technical team!
The successful candidate will be a valued member of the the team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Working along the Design Team to generate production drawings
- Designing and drawing equipment and equipment install and foundations for items such as awnings, masts, doors, boarding ladders, and other similar desk hardware.
- Creating information for vessel hauling, launching and docking
- Liaising across various production and trades to resolve conflicts
- Liaise with production engineers to handover work instructions for the build process
- Creation of documentation with respect to the everyday running of the vessel.
Software Experience:
- Microsoft Office - Essential
- AutoCAD 2D - Essential
- AutoCAD Inventor - Desirable
- Rhino - Desirable
