One of the leading powerboat manufacturers are in a period of serious growth with hugely exciting plans for the business. As part of these plans they are looking for a key individual to be part of this exciting time. What we need is an organized, proactive and knowledgeable individual to join the team at the companies headquarters.

Our clients pride themselves on designing, manufacturing, and building their unique craft all in-house at their purpose-built facility. This ensures we have total quality control of all aspects of the manufacture, offering high standard of finish and attention to detail. 

As our client’s newest HR/Office manager, you’ll be a pivotal member of the team, as such this role will suit someone who is meticulous, extremely organised and works well under pressure to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide appropriate information and general support in all areas of HR (inc. effective recruitment administration, new staff on-boarding administration, etc).
  • To be the liaison cog of the business - with a strong business head and an excellent team spirit, coordinating day to day activities to ensure everyone is kept well-informed and updated of all relevant information and feel involved with the team
  • Run the office administration, from managing incoming enquiries and allocating appropriately as well as ensuring supplies of office equipment are available and in good working condition
  • Maintain and update employee policy documents
  • Manage the Onboarding of team members, including IT set up, working with IT service providers to establish systems access
  • Maintain all leave and absence records
