Marketing Co-Ordinator

Our Client, a leading marine product specialist based in Exeter, is looking to expand its Marketing Team with a creative and motivated Marketing Co-Ordinator.

You'll be supporting the Marketing Manager to ensure the efficient functionality and coordination of all aspects of the department's activities.
You'll also support in delivering digital and social media campaigns globally. This position would suit a marketing generalist who can work across all social media, with experience of B2B marketing, particularly with experience of managing and creating content. Further role expansion could include targeted promotional and awareness campaigns within the global OEM sector.

Our client specialises in expertly designed, highly innovative products for the use of personal and navigational electronics in outdoor environments. In particular, directed at worldwide boat manufacturing companies, distributors, retailers and dealers.

Ideally the preferred candidate will have a Marketing or PR qualification, experience of B2B marketing & communications, excellent copy writing skills and experience of social media and digital marketing. Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop etc) skills also highly beneficial.

Day to Day Role
• Managing the social media accounts
• Managing and updating the content on the website
• Supporting delivery of all marketing campaigns.
• Creating video content for all marketing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube)
• Internal point of contact for day to day marketing & communication needs
• Administration of all press and media coverage,
• Acting as brand guardian and help implement brand guidelines across all customers' print and digital media.
• Ensure all customers have up to date marketing materials and content
• Write online content for multiple sectors
• Update and maintain mailing lists

Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to sales teams on how best to promote/present the products and assess their marketing & communications needs
• Monitor usage of the website and work with teams to ensure it is up to date
• Research and report on social media coverage, engagement and lead generation
• Work with other organisations/partners to identify shared promotional opportunities

Essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2-3 Years' experience in Digital Marketing.
Degree Educated in Marketing or similar.
