As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the focal point for our internal account managers, ensuring a smooth sales process and acting as a strong administrator to keep operations running seamlessly. Your exceptional organizational skills will be used as you manage and prioritize multiple orders simultaneously, working closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory availability and resolve any order-related issues.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the focal point for our internal account managers, ensuring a smooth sales process and acting as a strong administrator to keep operations running seamlessly. Your exceptional organizational skills will be used as you manage and prioritize multiple orders simultaneously, working closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory availability and resolve any order-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end sales order process, including order review, entry, coordination, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- You will assist the sales team with various administrative tasks such as documentation management, report preparation, database maintenance, and sales material distribution.
- You will strive to deliver a positive and helpful experience to both internal colleagues and external customers by promptly addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- As the initial point of contact, you will handle and direct incoming inquiries, ensuring that they are properly addressed or forwarded to the appropriate person or department.
- Participate in a weekly meeting focused on discussing and coordinating the dispatch of goods or products, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among relevant teams.
