We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Technical Account Manager to join a dynamic team at one of the highest profile marine OEM manufactures in Europe, whose products can be found on a wide range vessels from cruisers to high-end racing yachts and through the full scope of the dinghy racing scene from club sailing to Olympic campaigns and classes.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will serve as the primary point of contact for their valued customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey. Your expertise in the marine sector, combined with your strong interpersonal skills, will allow you to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the product range: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including their features, capabilities, and applications within the marine sector.
  • Take ownership of managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact. Maintain regular communication, address their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements and propose suitable solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define build specifications, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they receive prompt and efficient assistance.
