Marine resources have a very exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s premier marina, boatyard and high end resort businesses.

If you have a passion for marine and experience with managing resorts, civils or infrastructure projects this would be an incredible opportunty to explore something new!

Well established in the industry, our client offers a stable platform for someone to make an impact and grow in an expanding and multifaceted business.

Working within a small project team, you will travel across the coast and look after a range of marine facilities and their staff across the south; from lifecycle of infrastructure and hard facilities to redevelopment and new sites.

The purpose of the role:
  • Planning, management and control of work delivered internally and through external suppliers.
  • Ensuring the group’s infrastructure and development project workload is completed on time, within budget and within operational constraints through management of project teams.
  • To obtain and provide advice on all marine and infrastructure matters surrounding management and investment in existing and future marina and boat yard infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • To be a key member of the Property Infrastructure team supporting as necessary on a wide variety of tasks falling within the remit of the department.
  • surveying and recording the condition of marina infrastructure .
  • planning, budget forecasting and cost control for capital projects.
  • Coordination and management of 3rd party project management service provider as necessary.
