This new joint high profile joint venture has an immediate and urgent need for an on-site recruitment partner.
Working as part of a small agile HR function and recruiting across the spectrum from blue collar to engineering/project manager this is absolutely a key role.
Alongside the expected responsibilities the ability to shape and mould the direction of the recruitment strategy and liaise with the internal stakeholders building and forming relationships is paramount as well as encouraging realistic expectations from a business perspective.
This really is an excellent role for an experienced-on site recruiter someone who is ready to take that next step and work across the scope advertising, resourcing planning and the afore mentioned  relationship building.
 
Role Responsibilities
 
  • To provide expert and professional advice on recruitment related matters
  • Be responsible for an in-house end to end recruitment advisory service to all internal hiring managers on all levels of recruitment across the business.
  • To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with all service areas and colleagues establishing professional credibility
  • Leading a recruitment process review and developing with senior users a progressive recruitment approach to streamline activities
  • Working with HR colleagues to develop a recruitment strategy, which builds upon the employer brand.
  • To pro-actively identify areas within business that require development around recruitment activities and work with colleagues to resolve this.
  • Facilitating and/or coaching colleagues to develop their understanding of recruitment
  • To work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues proactively identifying areas for service improvement.
  • To work with the Communications and Engagement Manager to create and maintain content related to recruitment advertising and employer brand.
  • Ensure that all pre employment and security checks are processed in a timely way
  • Manage stakeholder recruitment relationships internally and externally including account relationship management.
  • To build on own knowledge and experience, keeping abreast of developments and to be pro-active in ensuring managers are appropriately briefed on relevant changes
  • To undertake and lead on relevant project work and policy development work as directed by the Head of HR
  • To be responsible for the admin of all recruitment activities including job offers
