Our client is a Marina based Yacht Brokerage on the river Hamble. They are currently recruiting for a Yacht Broker to support the team in brokerage and new boat sales. the right candidate is someone with drive and determination to be proactive in responding to enquiries and seeking new leads. A high standard of customer service is essential and helping to create a seamless customer experience throughout. 

Do you have: 

• Experience in new boats sales, boat brokerage, or sales experience in luxury high end goods highly desirable / essential
• Ability to deliver performance against agreed sales targets.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to be polite, engaged and professional under all circumstances.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and time spent on the water and around different types of boats.
• An understanding of different boats and their manoeuvring characteristics. 
• Ability to swim
