One of the leading marine product distributors on the South coast are in a period of growth and need a key individual to be part of this exciting time within the organisation. What we need is an organized, proactive and strategically minded individual to assist with the day to day running of the business. 

As our client’s newest Office Manager and right-hand person to the company director, you’ll be a pivotal member of the team, such as this role will suit someone who is meticulous, extremely organised and works well under pressure to manage multiple projects.

We are very happy to look at a variety of backgrounds from EA/office management to project managers and event managers. The emphasis is strongly on being super organised and the ability to run many differing projects at once.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • To be the liaison cog of the business - with a strong business head and an excellent team spirit, coordinating day to day activities to ensure everyone is kept well-informed and updated of all relevant information and feel involved with the team
  • Run the office administration, from managing incoming enquiries and allocating appropriately as well as ensuring supplies of office equipment are available and in good working condition
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations departments to ensure stock availability to satisfy orders.
  • Report daily sales, tracking quotes and business opportunities.
