Calling all Marketing Managers!
We are working with one of the largest marine distributors in the UK in their search for the next Marketing Manager to be based in either PLYMOUTH OR PORTSMOUTH. This is a company that is small enough to offer you variety in your day to day role and the potential for career progression but, big enough to offer job security and an enjoyable place to work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing campaigns - they'll be hands on and creative.
Who are we looking for?
• Proven marketing management experience of at least 5 years
• Someone with experience working in the marine industry or, with a strong interest in boating and yachting
• Teamwork skills
• Self-sufficiency, time management and the ability to prioritise
• Creativity - bring new ideas to the table to engage customers and drive sales
What will they be doing?
• Create, deliver & monitor the marketing plan for multiple market sectors and brands
• E-Commerce - manage the company's B2B and B2C websites using Magento Enterprise
• Copywriting and Design - create appealing copy and graphics working with our creative operator
• Event Management - conferences, webinars and annual events
• Staff Management - motivate and inspire the marketing team to get the most from them
• Reporting - analyse and interpret the data from your campaigns and management reports
The position can be based out of Portsmouth or Plymouth and there is the offer of some home working when required.
