Are you a seasoned Boat Sales professional with a passion for the river Thames? Shepperton Marina Ltd., Our client a premier marina on the Thames, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Boat Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our boat sales division, taking charge of a high-performing team and contributing to the growth of Boat Showrooms.

Salary £35 to £40K DOE with potential to earn sales commission. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing boat sales team.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and explore new opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marina manager and uphold group policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and train the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven boat/yacht sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marine industry, particularly on the River Thames.
  • Strong leadership, motivational skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for boating and a customer-centric mindset.
