Are you passionate about sailing and delivering excellence in yacht maintenance and customer service? We are recruiting for a dedicated individual to join a renowned yacht builder as a Yacht Guardianage Manager/Brokerage Captain based in Ipswich.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside brokerage accounts and brokers to restructure and price Yacht Storage and Care Programmes (YSCP). Your role will involve managing the maintenance of the brokerage fleet in Ipswich, ensuring that it is maintained to the highest standards as per the YSCP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with brokers to restructure and price YSCP
  • Manage the maintenance of the brokerage fleet
  • Act as a single point of contact for brokerage YSCP
  • Coordinate contractors to support the YSCP
  • Provide a personable and professional service for Guardianage and YSCP
  • Support the Brokerage Team with test sails, sea trials, and handovers
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Established knowledge of yacht maintenance and winterising processes
  • Experience in yacht maintenance and guardianage
  • Yacht Master Qualified preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent sailor of 50ft plus yachts
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to business needs
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel and work outside normal hours where required.
