Marine Resources are recruiting for a world leading mast maker with a fantastic opportunity to join their paint and finish team based in Fareham.

You will have the opportunity to join a well-established business in a streamlined, efficient production environment who produce some of sailing industries premier equipment.

You will work on both carbon fibre and aluminium masts, filling, sanding and getting the product ready for painting.

Previous experience within a sanding/painting/finishing environment highly beneficial.

Duties:
Use of various two part fillers and resins.
Filling/fairing/sanding components to a high standard.
Working on both carbon fibre and aluminium products.
Having a product sanded, ready for paint teams.
Experience:
Use of various grades of sand paper.
Good eye for detail.
Marine specific experience not essential
All job specific training will be provided.
