With the continued growth and presence within the marine industry our client is looking for their newest Sales Campaign Manager to drive the sales and services of this exciting brand. This will include further marinas, yacht sales and services offered to their expanding client base!

After a brand restructure the organisation is growing from strength to strength with a current portfolio of 11 marinas and exciting projects to expand their offerings.

To fulfil this role you need be creative, data driven and proven ability to grow sales through marketing efforts. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and delivering a plan to proactively drive sales of our client services and parts across the group.
  • Working with the central support team, create, own and share digital dashboards for real-time performance monitoring of our boat repairs and part sales businesses, and delivering tactical activities in response to the business intelligence highlighted by the dashboards.
  • Developing a digital communication plan and delivering an omnichannel content calendar that drives effective digital activity at the local and group level
  • Working with our preferred creative partners to continually evolve our marketing, including our clients services, websites and email marketing platforms
  • Acting as a point of knowledge and support for our local service coordinators and marina marketing champions on all things sales, digital communications and marketing.
  • Ensuring delivery of a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality service to all customers, facilitating a seamless and efficient supply chain from our suppliers and partner brands to our division, our berth holders and the wider boating community, including key trade customers.
Key Skills
  • Experience gained within the marine retail sector, with the proven ability to deliver financial performance against an agreed budget.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms (CRM/CMS/email marketing).
  • Experience analysing and extracting insight from data to create actionable plans
  • Good copywriting and content creation skills for marketing materials, including websites, emails, and advertising
  • Experience working with the Google marketing suite to understand performance of website and advertising activity
  • Excellent negotiation skills, experienced and confident to develop relationships with stakeholders across the business, at all levels, both internal and external.
